Deb currently serves as the Economic Development Coordinator
for Berks Economic Partnership (BEP). BEP’s
mission is to recruit new businesses to Berks County
and help existing businesses retain and grow jobs. In her role she serves as the primary person
for all prospect outreach which includes attending conferences and tradeshows,
event planning, relationship management, and site visits.
As the fiscal manager she oversees all accounting functions, grant writing, and membership coordination. Additionally, Deb manages the internship program and is the producer and host for BEP’s monthly Economic Development in Greater Reading show on Berks Community Television.

Deb has attended various higher education institutions
including; Georgia Tech, Penn State , Kutztown
University , and Alvernia University . Deb has received the designation of Certified
Economic Development Professional by both the Northeastern Economic Developers
Association and the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association.
Deb and her husband Tim have two sons, Jason and Jacob. She has always been an active volunteer
within the community having served as President of the Oley Valley Youth
League, a GiggleWorks Board Member, Family Coordinator for Boy Scout Troop 569,
and a youth sports coach. Currently, Deb
serves on the EARN and Oley Valley Community Education Foundation Board of
Directors, and she serves as the Event Coordinator for Pennsylvania National
Guard’s Charlie Company located in Kutztown.
